Flame Painted Copper Pendant #0958
Now here’s an unusual flame colored pendant! I created the bumpy edges by adding molten solder all around the perimeter. In addition, I added a long coiled bail to the top which is about 1/4″ inside diameter. It measures 2 1/2″ long including the bail.
When I flame color copper, I use a tiny torch so that I can place small patterns where I want them and color them precisely. There are no paints or chemicals involved; only heat!
I coat the finished pieces with two kinds of clear sealers because we want the beautiful colors to last.
The chain is NOT included.
